Returns Policy

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

We will refund or exchange any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of the item being delivered by our carrier to your nominated address. Please return items in their original condition, unused, in their original packaging.

We cannot refund or exchange goods that have been opened and tested.

We will refund the price you paid for the Products, although, as permitted by law, please note we may reduce your refund to reflect any deduction in the value of the Products if this has been caused by your inappropriately handling them.

How to Return or Exchange

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we have a 14-day returns policy.

Please make sure that any items you would like to return are unused, in their original packaging, and in a saleable condition.

Once we have received the item(s) a refund will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow us 30 days for the refund transfer to be completed. If you purchased the Products with a voucher code, we will provide you a new voucher.

Returns Fees.

Free returns are not available on orders. ETERNIA will also not refund the original delivery charge or customs duties charged to you at checkout and paid to your local customs authority.

Please use your local and trusted postal service for returns. We recommend you use a tracked and insured services as we will not be liable for any risk, loss or damage.

ETERNIA carrier can handle the return, in that case please note that the fee will be deducted to your total refund.

Provided you return your products by the returns policy and the steps outlined, ETERNIA will be able to refund to you the amount applicable to your product.

We will not be able to process a return until we receive your products and they have been checked.
